I am an engineering leader with 25+ years of experience building software that ships. Currently Executive Director of Embedded Platform Engineering at Savant Systems (Hyannis, MA), I lead teams responsible for core software platforms across luxury home automation, smart energy, IoT provisioning, and cloud-connected product infrastructure spanning lighting, HVAC, A/V, security, and power. I am also an inventor on multiple patents and patent families in home automation and IoT.

Other personal work includes independent software products. LiftCortex began as a family project and became a sharper, more disciplined training app. MemberDex is a soon-to-launch product shaped by a simple belief: member discovery, contact context, and connection should feel far better than they usually do.

The research guides are built with the same product mindset: take a noisy subject, study it carefully, and turn it into something structured, readable, and worth returning to. Every claim is cited. Nothing is sponsored.
